Compensation: 180K Base/380K OTE NO CAP
Requirements
- Experience managing a highly successful and talented Sales team.
- 3+ years experience selling enterprise technology in a fast-paced and competitive market.
- Goal oriented, with a track record of overachieving (President’s Club, Representative of the Year, etc.)
- Driven- possess a strong desire to be successful
- Disciplined- skilled in managing time and resources, while employing sound approach to qualifying opportunities
- Intelligent- possess the aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility
- Important- Must live in territory!
