Always Update Your Resume

I’m going to make this short and sweet.

Almost everyone at some point or another will be seeking new employment and will need their resume updated.

It’s not smart to wait until you’ve been laid off, fired, or just decided to quit, and a company or recruiter needs that resume immediately. Here’s a simple way to get out in front of this possible issue, especially for folks who tend to procrastinate.

When you start your new job and/or promoted from within to a new role, take five minutes to update your resume.

Easy, right? This process doesn’t need to be painful. Just do it!
